Cosmetic Consultations for use of Neuromodulators (Botox, Xeomin, Nucieva, Dysport) is to provide information about how Botox can be used cosmetically, and where we can develop a personalized treatment plan to help you look and feel your best. Cosmetic Consultations are complimentary with a valid OHIP number.


Botox - Medical Treatments

At the Toronto Botox Pain Centre, we have established treatment protocols to address multiple chronic pain conditions. Our goals for treatment simple, (1) relieve your underlying debilitating pain, (2) reduce or eliminate the dependence on oral pain medications, and (3) help re-establish a healthy and active lifestyle to regain quality of life.


Botox - Cosmetic Treatments

Neuromodulators (Botox, Xeomin, Nuceiva) can target fine lines and wrinkles produced by muscle movement. Commonly treated areas include forehead lines, frown lines, crows feet and bunny lines. Neuromodulators can also help improve areas of the face including the lower face and neck.

Botox Price $10/unit. Number of units will vary for each client based on area treated.

Dr. Mathew Silvaggio is a board certified Anesthesiologist through the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. He has an active practice in Anesthesia and Acute Pain Medicine at Trillium Health Partners. Dr. Silvaggio is the medical director at the Toronto Botox Pain Centre and specializes in the medical application of neurotoxin treatments to manage complex chronic pain conditions. Dr. Silvaggio has pioneered the treatment protocols used at the Pain Centre, and his research interests include broadening the medical use of Botulinum Toxin in further medical and palliative care settings.
